1. Services
Han Electricals provides electrical installation, CCTV installation, refrigeration, AC maintenance, motor rewinding and telecommunications services. All services are subject to site assessment and quotation.
2. Quotations
All quotations are valid for 30 days from the date of issue. Quotes are subject to site conditions and may be revised following a detailed assessment.
3. Payment
Payment terms will be agreed upon at the time of quotation. Han Electricals reserves the right to request a deposit before commencing work on larger projects.
4. Warranty
Han Electricals warrants all workmanship for a period of 90 days from completion. This warranty covers defects in workmanship but does not cover damage caused by misuse or third-party interference.
5. Liability
Han Electricals' liability is limited to the value of the services provided. We are not liable for consequential or indirect damages arising from the use of our services.
6. Changes
Han Electricals reserves the right to update these terms. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
